he's a civil rights attorney. they won the civil suit. that was his purpose.

I'm talking about in general. I get that criminal law isn't his thing.

Dude is typically the face of the legal team of the family of black people who have been killed or harmed in these situations. Unless I'm wrong (and I'd be happy to be educated if I am), his biggest win is the settlement the Taylor family got in the civil case. Anything even approaching actual justice has evaded him and his team. Are we sure that he's the best option? There's no one else that could at least get these families a little further?
