I think the choices come down to these four teams:

No particular order.

Sacramento Kings (This city will never recover from the Housing collapse and no good jobs can be had out there)
Minnesota Timberwolves
Charlotte Bobcats
Memphis Grizzlies (Larry Ellison will not be denied his chance to own a NBA Franchise and Seattle is 1.5 hour flight from the Bay Area)
