No way they cancel the season with the majority of states opening up right now. Add to the fact that people are reaching a fever pitch with stay at home orders.
The only teams that don’t want to play are the shytty ones, so just start immediately with the playoffs.
Where's the fever pitch and why hasn't it translated to sales for businesses in states already opened? All of the national polls I've seen say it's too soon to open up. White supremacists storming around Michigan and shytheads in California beaches are far from overall consensus.
But that's the difference with Americans and literally everyone else in the world. Other countries shutdown and their citizens understand it's for protection, America shuts down and you have protests with ignorant people complaining about "not having a choice". Like those with weak immune systems have a choice, ironic thing is protesters are dying. Add in Trump casually adding another 40,000 to the death toll last night and America will pay for it all if there is a flare up in the fall.
Since not every state is opening up at the same time and you have a top seeded team that's not even in the United States, which is a different set of rules, there's still more going against continuing the season than for it.
