You're right. Biden's been blowing what little remaining "good" reputation he might have had left over these past few years. The constant backtracking and contradictions only serve to fuel the perception of dishonesty and weak leadership. Still, I can't help but be indifferent to this pardon. I'm not going to lie and say it moved me in either direction, but it's still frustrating that this is even happening, because it just further erodes trust, not just in him, but in the broader party. Biden has been a disaster. If I'm being honest, my problem isn't so much with this, but with how privileged people consistently get away with things like this, where I wouldn't if I were in his place. I don't like how accountability depends on who you are rather than what you've done.
