How will they even find out who did this
usually groups claim responsibility.....if not the area has heavy video surveillance they will just check the tapes and work back from there....track the perp back to his origin.....if he was spotted droppin the bomb off at 3pm they can see him at 1pm at a hotel lobby check registration...if he went to the store they can get the receipt or see license plate on outside camera....
or they can reverse engineer the bomb and find the origins of the material and see where they sold
