I don't have so much faith, just saying based on what people like you were saying pre-election this wasn't even a possibility/on the table. This isn't the first multi-stage ceasefire proposal that was supposed to end hostilities, only for Israel to break it, re-arrest the Palestinians they released, and continue their slaughter in Gaza. I hope it's the last, but I'm not naive enough to put my faith in a man who's been packing his cabinet with pro-Israel fanatics. The weird thing is why people like you have so much faith and trust in him.
This is exactly what I thought when the AP news report hit my phone this afternoon. We don't know how Biden was negotiating in the background, but we get this funny lil thing happening 5 days before Trump's inauguration? By a leader who is warring so he can stay out of prison himself?Reagan and Jimmy Carter’s Iran hostage situation all over again.
Goes to show how far right America shifted to see Bernie as radical when he is more aligned to FDR's new deal eraLets keep it a bean, Biden was not the same Biden during the Obama years. Dude had to go through so much to the point, the presidency was just a mess and he was forced the hand because of fear.
Sanders was too radical, and Warren is just that. 2020 was a Hail Mary play and like wrestling, if a promoter doesn't have a star that resembles the people, then you put the belt on Bruno.
In this case, Biden. Thus why Biden was showing flabby and sick tendencies and the only thing he will be known for is putting out the fire of the pandemic![]()
Nice edit.I don't have so much faith, just saying based on what people like you were saying pre-election this wasn't even a possibility/on the table.
It seems Dems/liberals are just horrible at predicting what's possible in the immediate future.
I had to use media flabby heads like you are used to. You're welcomeFunny.
We got news about this cease fire and OP didn't even post a single TikTok link.
I thought this would have been censored without that app.
Oh noes.

Nice edit.
Quote the post where I said this. I have always said there was little light between the Biden admin and the Trump admin, specifically where Israel is concerned, and I still stand by that. And based on Trump's first admin, it was a reasonable position. It still is. The only difference I highlighted was in Trump promising the fill annexation of the West Bank to Miriam Adelson and Israel, like he did with the Golan Heights and moving the embassy to Jerusalem, as an area where things could get worse.
Having said that, your argument misses the point. I never said ceasefire proposals weren't possible. The concern was always that they would be temporary, fragile, and likely broken by Israel, which is exactly what's happened several times now. The fact that another ceasefire was agreed to doesn't mean anything has fundamentally changed, although I hope it does.
With your posts, you are acting as if this is some massive win for diplomacy, but it's just more of the same pattern: temporary ceasefires that are broken, Palestinians get re-arrested, and the slaughter continues. Nothing about this disproves what people said pre-election. If anything, it proves that this approach has been ineffective at preventing Israel from continuing their genocide. This isn't happening under Trump anyway, so I really don't know what you're even going for, other than your usual tired shtick.
In the end, Trump's incoming cabinet is filled with pro-Israel extremists. What's your real point here and not the straw man you're pushing? Are you arguing things will get better under him? Based on what? And I would rather see Trump get a diplomacy "win" over the continued suffering of Palestinians, but I don't see much changing under him.
just saying based on what people like you were saying pre-election this wasn't even a possibility/on the table.
If you didn't mean me specifically, why use language that implies I'm part of that group? And like I said, and like you just proved here, you are only here to play clean up for Trump, because you have faith in him, even though these agreements have been made before, only for Israel to break them and continue its atrocities, with no accountability. It's a new year, get a new shtick.I already said my point.
And I said, 'people like you' not you specifically.
And Trump's team had a part in this.
"After nearly a year and a half of war in Gaza, a ceasefire and hostage deal was struck between Israel and Hamas. The deal was mediated by the United States, Egypt and Qatar and will begin this weekend. The Biden Administration had spent many months trying to force the parties toward a deal, but a final push from the incoming Trump team helped get to this agreement. Nick Schifrin reports."

No, just shytting on the wrong prediction. You got a schtick of trying to out Trump supporters on this site when there are like none. See how delusional you are. lol
You thought Tulsi Gabbard was someone honest and worth supporting. You listen to Jimmy Dore, too. You're not one to be saying this. You're also wrong.See how delusional you are. lol
