idk man I don't think it was as widespread but I could be completely wrong. Some coaches can recruit kids based on their name, reputation and personality. Pitino always struggled to get 5* recruits, I wasn't surprised they were doing shady shyt. But this stupid fukk Pitino was actually the one who made phone calls and organized the payments. Again, I'm willing to make a ban bet with anyone that Cal will not be involved in any of this. Wall and KAT have already came out and made statements about this. When you have Cal you don't have to pay kids to come to our school, kids BEG to come to kentucky, even top recruits. Cal also goes after high-character players and has backed off of plenty of talented players.
