Those other contracts were in an era where teams were trying to phase out running backs. We see that was a dumb idea.
QB contracts need to be reset.

Answering "yes or no" when you can structure contracts in very many ways is hard. I mean Deshaun is not top 10 in total amount, but in discounted guaranteed amount he is still #1.
After so much flopping among QBs, I would like to believe that people wouldn't be so open to big guarantees going forwards, then Dallas goes ahead and shows that it is as far from the sentiment as possible
