Biggest problem with the video is that this is exactly what I'd expect from the kind of people who become police officers.

They seem to be taking that law and order thing a bit too seriously
There was a moment where the bodycam cop reaches out and squeezes his bicep
Since there was no basis for this, regardless of his behavior they need to be treating him as though they are a civil servant in service to him
"You're a civil servant, who are you in service to?" - this is a line we need to adopt and use at every juncture

The end of the video is what causes ALOT of problems, them giving CONFLICTING COMMANDS! 1 officer told breh to leave then the other demanded his license, that's a set up for escalation.

there's a bunch of pigs there and he's the only one running amok in a state of excited delirium (ofc none of the "good cops" stopped him, but muh bad apple analogy)
every other brownshirt was just barely smart enough to know who two of the most famous people in their jurisdiction are, and that they shouldn't fukk with them because the rich can fight back
but this one's so detached from the american zeitgeist, he has so little in common with humans that he carries on like it's any other victim

Citizenship aside there's clearly a cultural difference and lack of intelligence displayed. This is the second video I've seen this week of Hispanic cops being overly aggressive with a black man. Most of them are filled with hate and want to see black men humbled. They think America is too lenient on black people.
