I been in the conspiracy world a long time, since the X Files damn near. There used to be a conspiracy about "UN troops" that was gon disarm Americans and make us bow to a one world government or some such. (You saw traces of this somewhat recently when the white conspiracy world started making noise about all these Walmarts supposedly kept empty, alternately, to house sick people during the pandemic, or to house migrants. The og theory said those was gon be UN jails or something, anyway.)

These may be the those "UN troops." Not technically, but in form. The reason the og theory required UN troops is because they would be non-Americans, unfamiliar with our rights and laws, but empowered and armed by the state. Americans know the 2nd amendment, even if they have 'feelings' about it or whatever, they know it's in the damn Constitution. Would recent immigrants even care?

That's the thing. Just becuse you know your rights don't mean police will respect your rights. These police are not the brightest as you can see. Most of them are the macho type who want to show their authority. Because of their ego, they want to be right, even when they know they are wrong.

Better to comply while verbally resisting ("I don't consent to this interaction, I'm giving my ID/stepping out of car/being searched under threat of arrest"). Going the route of "I'm know my rights, I'm not giving you anything" more often than not results in them escalating, going hands on, and you end up getting beat up (or worse), charged with resisting, and assault on law enforcement. While the original charge will be dismissed, the DAs will still get you on the resisting and assault charges. I've seen it too many times at court. I tell my people to fight the cops in court, not the streets.

There's no law that requires that you roll down your window for a Cop, so if they demand that you roll your window down it's an unlawful order....

He had like 5% tint on the front windows so you cant see anything that he is doing in there. For a cop that is a dangerous situation and an even more dangerous situation for a black man to put himself in regardless who he is.
That's why they always tell you to roll your window down when a cop pulls you over if you have tints.
Not saying it's right but it's shyt we gotta do to protect ourselves from them.

Safely get yourself out of the situation first then full a lawsuit for any violation of your rights. If you're dead because a cop escalated a situation and used it to shoot you then can't do anything afterwards

Right. I agree with all of that. You can still comply while exercising your rights. Tyreek complied, gave them his ID and they didn't give him a chance to comply again before physically removing him from his car.
