I'm not even going to read the stories or through the comments. I'm just going to come in, on page four, and assume this. It's Florida. A very red state. Red states and republicans do not give a fukk about a regulation. Even right wing Joe Rogan and to get on a Dave Rubin, for saying that people can be trusted to do the right thing about building codes, without a regulation being forced on them. Just looking at the pictures of it, and the architecture, it isn't new. The shyt probably had foundation issues that were known but ignored for decades.
