We’re already there. A judge let a cop off last year when he was heard on the dashboard camera expressing his intent to kill someone (“we’re killing this motherfukker, don’t you know”), did just that, and then planted a gun on him after the murder.I fear we're not far off
We better hope Dems take back Congress and the senate and in 2020 a dem get the executive branch.. of that happens it’s curtains for the newly elected President of Brazil..
