have an ignore list of countries brehs :jrscust:

Seriously...I'm disgusted by the country right now.

All the extinct indigenous languages they had recorded, Afro-Brazilian history, Egyptian and Greek history, plant and animal specimens that had been collected from across South America, etc, etc, etc....the largest museum in terms of artifacts in Latin America......shiit that took 200 years of painstaking work to assemble, study and curate ....burnt to the ground in a few hours.

:scust:

I'm not from there, but I appreciate museums as place to store history and science, and the building was ill equipped to deal with resiliency from a fire in 2018??....sprinkler system and some foam. Brazil's government and I'll say it's business community is a toilet bowl to me. Usually businesses will donate to maintain museums.

They built a brand new soccer museum in Sao Paulo in the last decade. :snoop:, but some sprinklers for your real cultural and biological legacy.....no money for that.

Bolsanaro's comments when asked about the fire was something like, "well what can I do, it's burnt already" :dead:
... he really is on Trump shiit...but he's right. So it's not his fault, but those previous administrations are crap from my outside, 3,000 miles away POV.

Less than 75 years removed from a conflict that destroyed an entire continent or two, dragged on for six years, and got between 65-80 million people killed, and the exact same mistakes that allowed it to reach that point keep being made :scust:

What's most shocking is that it's not even like people aren't offering warnings, parallels, and alternatives; these people are literally like "nah this Nazi shyt is definitely the wave :ehh:"

Yeah. I agree
I don't doubt it.

He really does sound like he would mow down the rainforest with zero fuucks given. That is scary.

I wanted the Black environmentalist chick to win.

Would you rate Brazil more or less evil than Nigeria and why?

I'd say that Nigeria is far more evil than Brazil

I don't think Brazil has ever inflicted on its citizens what Igbos went through from 1966-1970.

Anything regarding slavery is a wash, since Nigeria had millions of slaves until the early 20th century!
