If you notice, DeMarco and Byron are soft spoken dudes...Lesean, Brandon and Djax might be a little more outspoken and talk trash. I can image Chip probably gets uncomfortable seeing nikkas go at it and talk trash on the practice field...so he gets some quiet nikkas who grew up in the suburbs. That sounds like some insecurity and wanting to feel more in control of your players.
