I really don't know nowadays. I bought some XLs last year that seemed too small so I went back and got a XXL. I lost a few pounds (20-30) and now they are giant and look like hammer pants. Don't know if I should get an XL or L. Damn Tech Fleece pants are one of the most frustrating things to buy when it comes to sizing.
