In the middle of camp(a few weeks) they told them they are having trouble making weight(I.E Edison Marinda knocking his ass out in sparring). They wanted to do a catch weight. Ward said no....

Why should Ward say yes to this ? How is this Ward's problem? You are trying to put Chad being an idiot on Ward.

Yes we know this but it was Chad who wanted it at 168, just because reality bit him on his ass in camp that doesn't mean Ward has to do ANYTHING that wasn't agreed upon in negotiations.

If it's that serious then he should have canceled the fight or miss weight and deal with the repercussions that come with that.

Out of all the things dudes hate on Ward for this is the first I've heard that somehow he is the bad guy because Chad wanted to fight at a weight he could barely make.

That weight didn't help Chad with Stevenson

Carl Froch, 3x Champion, Top 10 P4P fighter? Yes. Froch will probably end up in the HOF


Chad Dawson is good fighter, Arthur Abraham is a good fighter and Mikkel Kessler was a very good fighter as well.....all are multiple time Champions


Sakio Bika is another decent fighter....and another Champion that Ward beat


Honestly, yall cant give Floyd credit for beating the likes of Victor Ortiz, Carlos Baldomir, Zab Judah, Marcos Maidana, and Robert Guerrero......but talk down on Ward for beating Froch, Dawson, Abraham, Kessler, and Bika.:smugface:
