Yep.....most gym bros skip cardio and legs unless they naturally have a strong squat leverage (short femurs/long torso). Women will squat 2 or 3 plates but can't bench press 135 lbs with good form.

Hyperbole breh....the point is that women tend to be closer to men in leg strength naturally without training but further away in upper body strength.

That plus the love of big booty, drives women to develop their legs much more than their upper body. See broads with chicken wing arms but big ol hamhock legs. They can start at a decent weight for leg exercises but damn near gotta use the girly dumbbells for curls, shoulder presses etc.
Boldest isn’t true though. Agree with the rest.

Most women aren’t even squatting 225.

Ive never seen a non-competiting professional strong lifting woman squat 315 pound (3 plates). Are you sure you know what a plate refers to? Its 45 lb

I’m sure there’s definitely women that can and I’ve seen it on YouTube but most women aren’t squatting more than a plate, if that.
