There was a picture of him in a turtleneck last year and people were freaking out like he'd instantly turned over a new leaf just by that alone.

Bricklaying is a good living, my worry is any injury could get him back on opioids, and that's a helltrap in and of itself.

Brick layers making 50 a hour just starting out? :dwillhuh:
Damn $50 out the gate?

it literally says “He's already finished his apprenticeship, and now the former social media star makes more than $50 an hour in the union.”

So he went thru their apprenticeship and maybe he already had experience so you can fast track thru if so

Where are y’all getting $50 an hour from?:dwillhuh:
I just googled the salary range for a bricklayer and it was $15-$40 an hour and the median was $25 an hour.

You didn’t see “union” bricklayer in the article breh, then there’s levels to it like anything else. He’s doing a mansion so he might be working for a higher end or commercial contractor.

Either way they lump everyone together, non union, mf outside of Home Depo, etc.. when they do those averages

We make 53 plus an hour and can negotiate more but they list my trade at like 40k a year when the average out here in union is well over a 100k and I personally know cats making 200k+

you're NOT "n!ggas"

That's legit good news, hopefully he keeps his head on straight. There's a lot of bad habits among colleagues as it is with that kinda work. I'm just amazed he got the job.... cuz I couldn't trust breh with a brick in his hand for shyt
