The intro to East 1999 is indicative of the corny spots of the album. And if the east coast is "a bubble" it's THE bubble as hip hop is it's offspring. Prior to Hip Hop's demise the east coast was building upon the indigenous blueprint laid by the architects. Any other interpretations are just that. Most are perversions. 4-5 guys speed rappin' & harmonizing over castlevania/zelda keys about the occult and violence is some alt rap that netted mad gateway fans. don't try and crowbar Bone into a HIP HOP discussion if YOU are a gangsta rap child with a limited scope of the roots of this shyt. Bellyache all you want. If you don't have a working understand of New York City hip hop you aren't fit to engage in anything relating to all time.
