I gotta stop posting about this album. Last night was the first night I've left town since this album dropped. Road trip at night. Ran it from front to back.

Didn't even think about skipping one moment. Crazy...I didn't expect this album to surpass the last one, and yet I like it so much more. There's not been an album that I listened to 3 weeks after it dropped, daily, since Bandana dropped in 2019, and I haven't had as much fun listening to an album since Bandana either.

Boldy has improved so much and this is Al's best body of work (IMO) since Covert Coup.

Running the album last night was also the first time I genuinely wanted this album to be longer. Especially the 3-song run of Speed Trap, Diamond Dallas, and Flight Risk really seem to breeze by. I can't wait for the bonus joints to hit streaming, or for someone to rip them from the vinyl so I can add them to my copy.

Alchemist spends 3 minutes talking about about why he and Boldy make such great music together, why they're friends, how they fell out of touch and got tight again, how Boldy reminds Al of Prodigy, and more about Boldy's voice and emcee skills. He says there's way more to come from him and Boldy.

@savoutch he also talks about a synth/keyboard score he did to a film called Cycles that's not even beats, but more soundscapes.
