Let this be a lesson to anyone interested in buying Chinese stocks...

RENN announces offer to buy remaining shares at $4.20 to go private.



IPO at silly multiples with big promises from an unknown land to steal Americans money... cook books and/or drive stock price into the ground with lackluster performance... start buying back shares with cash you've been sitting on from IPO when prices are ridiculously low and nobody cares anymore... make lowball offer with cash you've been been sitting on from IPO to take company private

I have no idea... I figured a $4.20 offer to close out the ADRs would keep the price around $4.20, but it's still dropping. Getting close to going below $4 for some reason. Might be some hope for the puts.

Last time RENN made the Dutch auction tender at $2.75 though... the price moved up to $4.50. I could see this shooting above $4.20 in the future to prevent Chen from stealing the company.

I have 15 contracts (4.00 puts) that expire on the 19th. I was getting cooked on it but glad to see this happen well see what happens

Can't recall who said something about the penny stock TCHH but its up from 0.0003 to 0.0010. Thats like a 9.5k percent increase.

I added it to my watchlist a couple weeks ago. I don't deal in pennies but good call nonetheless

Possible lotto penny play at .0001 if anybody wants in. I've been watching it for over a year, there's a huge volume spike the last two days, so something is probably happening behind the curtain. I'm hoping for a takeover or at least a pump, volume doesn't lie

You can get 1,000,000 shares for $100 lol. Why not right. I've spent more on lapdances. If the coli jumps in we'll be adding to the volume/ momentum
