Interest rates down is good for the market…
High interest rates people park their money in banks and eat off that…Low interest rates you buy with that cash instead of park it in the bank…
That’s essentially what I’ve been doing ever since rates hit 5%…Makes no sense to have a large portfolio with rates like that…You take the zero risk easy money…
