Ok fellas. Here's what I'm looking at for this week:

Earnings plays: BID, PANW, BBY, KR

I'm also looking to scoop some CYBR up in the am, if it shows strenght. Good for a nice 5ish % from below 60 to 63. Other option being it tanks hard as fukk, in which case I start shorting at high 58s or so.

AAPL should also fizzle down to 120s soon enough, so that's something I'm itching to short..

Counter-party meaning the guy on the other side of the trade could fail if the market moves against him. And then you dont get paid because they have no money.

There's a currency broker called FXCM... They were letting their clients leverage up 10 to 1... Look what happened to them a month ago or so. Thats what I was alluding to.

I was basically asking are you going through a good broker?

Good lookin out breh. Yea my broker is the biggest in Europe and stable as fukk financially.

Why don't you like MFs?
It's not available through droid set yet.

but the mean time, I'll be browsing through this thread and picking up on stock terminology and trends. Finally cleared up my debt and got my money in a position to invest.

:patrice: Idk are they still consistently putting out new products?
i dunno about all that but they do have a steady R&D program.

their products are flying off shelves according to best buy reps i've asked either way. Looking at the chart if you are bullish on the company the perfect time to get in is around $39.50-40

it hit 40.19 today

For sure, I don't really buy technological gadgets like that but I have some brehs, who go skiing, snowboarding, etc so they eat these products up.

I noticed it peaks around september / nov which amounts to the holiday season, so it looks like a good ROI

I'm thinking about purchasing some stock with the Vegas hotels because of March Madness, the Mayweather fight and the summer season. Is that a good idea to do and sell it right before Labor Day?

hmm the mayweather fight could be good money. CBS has been in my mind for it as well (Showtime). I cant speak too much on it though breh.

March madness is cyclical so thats already factored in to analyst estimates. Companies like Las Vegas Sands, MGM and Wynn are already so large that record mayweather numbers wouldnt have too much of a bottom line effect either. Results from those factors could be positive...but if the are exposed in other places that are doing poorly (Macau, China for example) then its a wash
