no they can't
I'm bullish on SOS mostly because it's so cheap
it's also a good option stock

Ive seen projections that it should be at 15-20 RIGHT NOW but for some reason its fluttering around 5 lol. I agree. If its a dud oh well cuz crypto is volatile anyway but if it gets a mara like run Im cashing out heavy

I bought PLTR at 30 and been down for weeks :mjlol:

did you buy in waves? i do the 3 wave rule but not everyone gonna follow that. if it jumps suddenly then i won't do much sometimes i add but the wave buying is so you catch the dips..

So using your example if i had bought some at 30 i'd have wanted to buy more at 24-25 and maybe even at 21 after that.

Crypto and stock lookig good on the same day for once :blessed:
two worlds coming together for Coinbase direct listing tomorrow

anyone have plans here?

Coinbase, the American cryptocurrency trading giant, has set a reference price for its direct listing at $250 per share. According to the company’s most recent SEC filing, it has a fully diluted share count of 261.3 million, giving the company a valuation of $65.3 billion. Using a simple share count of 196,760,122 provided in its most recent S-1/A filing, Coinbase would be worth a slimmer $49.2 billion.

Regardless of which share count is used to calculate the company’s valuation, its new worth is miles above its final private price set in 2018 when the company was worth $8 billion.

Immediate chatter following the company’s direct listing reference price was that the price could be low. While Coinbase will not suffer usual venture capital censure if its shares quickly appreciate as it is not selling stock in its flotation, it would still be slightly humorous if its set reference price was merely a reference to an overly conservative estimate of its worth.

did anyone benefit from the SPAC run more than this guy? or pump them harder? I don't know enough about the guy to have an opinion, but everytime he says some shyt it has me looking sideways.. now he's worried about retail and manipulation...

Billionaire investor Chamath Palihapitiya, for one, is not uber keen on the direct listing strategy: “The Coinbase direct listing will either confirm direct listings as a reasonable on-ramp for companies or kill it altogether by making retail the true bag holders. If institutional investors use this period to manipulate the stock from a $54 billion valuation on January 29 to $100 billion now and then sell it to retail at $100 billion or greater, it will be the ultimate form of stock manipulation. “If the stock snaps back at a much lower valuation, each private transaction preceding the direct listing seems manipulative. Good luck to all the players… I’m sitting out. The process stinks.”

he's probably mad because Sofi released a new service that lets you buy ipo's before they launch.
since coinbase is a direct listing there's no ipo just a release
if coinbase succeeds as a direct listing then other companies will do it and the ipo method will be old hat

makes perfect sense.. Inject some doubt under the pretense of looking out for people being manipulated. Can't be mad at him, that's well done

Yeah I usually do that, but I just bought PLTR because of FOMO at first and never really dived into what the company is truly about. I dont buy more shares of companies Im not invested in, but that was my mistake. I should have been invested :mjcry:
