yes I was looking now I’m confused as hell. Why isn’t it just a VW ticker just to make it easy.
The real ticker is VOW3 but I live in the US so can’t buy it. It’s like you can’t buy some of these Chinese stocks that haven’t had an IPO here.

Got this in my email from SoFi
We are following up on the letter below that we sent you on March 3, 2021, describing the anticipated public offering regarding Social Finance Inc. As a reminder, if you take no action and continue to use our services, you will be deemed to have consented to the ownership change and assignment, and your accounts will remain with us following the closing of the Transaction, which we hope to be on or about April 9, 2021.

Sincerely,
John Gardner,
GM, SoFi Invest

TechCrunch is now a part of Verizon Media

"Debt as a Service"

:jbhmm:

Some of the quotes made in this article made me think about how AI in fintech often works against black people, I would of had a few follow up questions for some of her answers around that in here.

Would yal invest in the "Stripe for Debt" business model hypothetically?

It sounds like they borrow money to lend it out at a higher interest rate. Second hand debt?
