It's better to average down as things fall in smaller increments than it is to try and wait until you think it's hit the bottom and jump all in. People who wait for the bottom are usually gonna miss it.

i mean, for the past 5 yrs GOOG has been the lowest performing of FAANG so by not having the run up, they were insulated from the fall. great validation of their fundamentals, but the growth you got in the others, even with the pullback, you would've been further ahead.

yep, but like some people said, they been buying the dip for 2-3 weeks and don't have anymore cash or are down to their last bit of cash, in that case, it's best to wait until reversal and buy on the way up. outside of small caps, shyt aint gonna just rebound in a day, you can get deals on the path back up

Google has been the Ichiro Suzuki of stocks. It isn't a multi-bagger but it's just consistently growing and delivering alpha.
