I guess you can look at it as real estate imagery vs an energy stock I’m assuming wind/solar.

good idea. I need to research how bad it got for spacs last March. Seems like some got to 9 or so

Damn I missed a lot of the SPAC and EV run of the last 10 months.

I might dip into these SPACs trading closer to NAV (GHVI, IPOE, SAII) though since I'm downside protected.
