Are DKNG and LCA the 2 main companies that y'all are interested in for online and mobile gambling?
What is the price target for LCA by the end of the year? I know missed the hoopla, but it still might be worth looking into, especially considering how addictive gambling is.
DKNG is sports gambling; it has some major backers. It's already gone up a lot this year and anytime there is bad news about covid/sports it goes down some but it has a lot of support. Thinking long term I've felt it can 2x from where it is now but the current valuation is quite high.
LCA the valuation is fair and has a lot of room for growth. I'm thinking it trends down a little bit from here until we actually get a merger date. Then it should spike. Next year it enters PA and MI. It's only 5-10% sports gambling. Most of the platform is iGaming which is online slots, blackjack, whatever.. as more states allow gambling the profits will grow. Again there is money to be made short term but long term is likely where it's really at.
Outside of those two sports/igaming there is also PENN which has the Barstool App but they are at like all time highs right now and their business is tied to their casinos as well so you might want to wait for a dip on that.
Again.. you could make some money overnight but this sector will be really big in the future. We just don't know when exactly. A year or two. 5 years? It's coming.. eventually as more states sign on.
