And what the hell happened?

I'm trying to research it, but don't see a lot out there.

I just see a lot of angry shareholders on Yahoo message board.

200 shares @ 4.82

In after hours trading its at 5.39, i could sell it now for roughly a 750 profit, but i think it will go higher...link me to where the shareholders are mad.

yea they did and im kind of nervous, I dont expect to hold this stock for longer than 2 weeks, im just waiting for the news people to see the potential this company has, then imma sell it afterwards.

not sure how high it could go, i just figured that the news said that

today
announced the pricing of a $9,000,000 underwritten public offering consisting
of 1,714,286 shares of common stock at a price per share of $5.24

i bought it at 4.5, now doesn't that mean i got it at a low price? or am i wrong? ...its at 5.39 right now


i mean its a non gmo food, which is a great theme, rice is consumed everywhere, and i think they have some deal in the works for plant dist. in brazil

I keep reading studies that say many times reverse stock splits are done to keep a company from being delisted, which temporarily pumps up the stock price, but often, they go back down below the $1 range after a short time.

I'm not familiar with RIBT, but be careful.
