Wow... I was on SOHH for years. Was slow coming over to the Coli and just kinda faded with it. Been trading for the past 3 months and was doing research on ACHN and I found this thread.
Trades I've made so far have been
TTWO bought it at 16.65 and sold it at $18.
ONVO at $7.74 and rode it all the way up past $12 before selling on the slide down at $10
RMTI I bought it at $11.34 and sold it at $14.55.
Was about to jump into GALE but missed the pop. Still thinking about it but I hate trying to jump on something after its already taken flight. Saved myself from getting burned by sticking to that rule no matter how much I wanna join the party. Also missed buying that JCP dip this morning when it dropped into the $9.70's for a quick scalp.
Sometimes I post on Stocktwits and Yahoo Message Boards but have been weary of it. I always do my DD and I see misinformation being pumped out there on a daily basis.
Great to see this board. Saw the book list some of you posted and am gonna check those. Many thanks. Mainly been watching Youtube Tutorials and reading Investopedia. Havent gotten as sophisticated as trading options or shorting yet. Mainly I just try to find a stock I like and setup early. Look for catalysts that might drive sp. So far I been lucky but trying to read and learn as much as I can.
