we the same height n weight. my belly is a lil bigger tho. i cant stand it for much longer. im stronger than ive ever been, but i cant stand being at this weight.
Im dropping to 210 in October. Tryin to keep my lifts up shouldnt be hard since I'm doin IF. I want my deads in the 600's by next spring

im 6'1 and 190....Always was a skinny dude and my metabolism is fast as fukk. I have to eat constantly to maintain my weight.....i stay around 187-192 ish.

diet is pretty clean, 3 shakes a day and i make sure I get in meat or protein with each meal....Dont each chocolate, rarely touch fast food and I stick to Water and sports drinks...NO SUGARY Drinks like Coke. Only downside to me is my Calfs, Quads are fine but I got them small black man calfs which i need to continue to build on but damn they are stubborn as shyt.

Routine im on at the moment is basic 1 muscle group a day, 5 days a week. But I will be changing it this week to something else, body needs a shock.

Do you do hanging leg raises? The bottom section of your abs need some work and hanging leg raises will help with that for sure.

Keep up the work though.

Nah I always been more of a powerlifter so i really only hit my abs once a week and thats it. I just really started focusing on aesthetics last year. Thanx for the advice tho bruh

lost a ton of muscle and got fat cause of finals, vacations, and tons of other bullshyt.

i got work to do lol

4 month long cut with some good lifting, youll be in better shape :ehh:

the key is setting a plan and following through, regardless what you end up choosing
