Dr.HannibalLecter
Tha Realest
Looking forward to more greatness from Narcisse/Wright
So have I been right about how the Dr would play Chalky like a sucker? Did he walk in place and put a new act in without asking ? Did he recruit Dunn and lie to him about Chalky selling him out? Does he plan to move smack in his place ?I thought the distillery was a go, I guess not.
GRRM told the show creators how it ends but they essentially have the skeleton instead of the whole body. HBO basically just has to worry about adapting an already done product to the screen. The books are even written like a movie or TV show where chapters end on mini cliff hangers.
I think Homeland is amazing and have it just behind GoT right now. This season will go a long way in determining what heights the show can reach. I do hope the Brody storyline concludes this season, tho.
I already said how. Narcisse is going to genuinely challenge Chalky in ways he hasn't been challenged thus far. Narcisse is going to challenge his very insecurities and doubts. shyt, he's already started to do that.
they've set Chalky up with some serious character flaws...he's ruthless and cold when needed but also lacks the civility, education, and well roundedness that other bosses have. In that tone, he needs Nucky to expand beyond his ceiling because ceiling is fairly low. When he sits with Narcisse initially he gets upset and it's Nucky who makes the deal and it's typically Nucky who exhibits this kind of negotiation prowess. Chalky's negotiation skills seems to stems solely on the fact that he has the black community behind him and he typically utilizes this chip when he needs something.I'm trying to remember when has Chalky ever had doubts and insecurities. You will have to refresh my memory.

The harrow storyline was a bit sloppy for me...Looks like some of the posters were right about don jumping ship with narcisse. the dr playing chess out here and chalky rocking with checker pieces. it will be interesting to see if chalky can rise to the challenge. harrow's sister is surgical with that shotty, that gun work runs through the family . to the van alden fans it looks like he's about to get busy next week
The harrow storyline was a bit sloppy for me...
They def set Don to make the jump, but something tells me it's not what they make it.
