With any Jay Z album thats not Resonable Doubt, Blueprint, or Black Album you're gonna get a classic single or 2, a couple good songs, 1 or 2 songs that show why Jay Z is in most people's top 5, and then Filler. How good these albums are is determined by how much filler there is. The worst case of filler is bp2, the best is Probably American Gangster... Some people hate is criminally underrated though....
