I agree. I think it was just too all over the place with too much filler. I definitely think BP3 was better. I wonder how a discussion on the "In My Lifetime" trilogy would go?

Looking back, Hov has a lot of wack albums ...throw Kingdom Come into the mix and 
Maybe its just me but the only strong album in the blueprint series is BP1, which is classic, yeah Bp2 would have been better if it was cut down to one disc, but it wasn't, therefore the album is trash, as for Bp3, thats the worst of the 3 albums. Jay's vol series>Jay's BP series
