Didn't watch the trailers and I was initially turned off from the title. I thought it was gonna be some Asian pandering about a Hafu.

Actually watched because of my cousin recommending it. Never been this wrong about a show before and boy am I glad I was.

This was pure .
5/5 stars as a anime. Arguably one of the best on Netflix and the industry as of 2023.

To be fair, he was bored as hell and annoyed that he got really good at learning, for example, drawing. He killed a lot of time learning swordmanship, different local art forms, and fukking while he was hiding in the fortress over the years.

Only complaint I have is that they made the white man too OP. He was on some Geese Howard shyt.

Also I saw some complaints on YouTube about Mizu’s healing factor but that’s silly. Ain’t nobody tryna watch her heal for weeks after each battle.
