Now, they need to make a Static and Terry McGinnis/Batman Beyond live-action movies. WB/DC are not using their library of characters.

There were all kinds of rights issues with Milestone and Dwanye McDuffies wife. That's why we hadn't gotten anything movie related for him.

With Batman Beyond WB has tried their hardest to avoid Terry and the Batfamily in general for the live action films.James Gunn seems to at least be trying since we're finally getting a Robin at least.

Yes, specifically Afro-Latino. His mom is Puerto Rican (and specifically Afro-Boricua).

It's weird that Miles has his mother's name though. His father's name is Jefferson Davis, he should be named Miles Davis or Miles Morales Davis.


Interestingly, his father is a cop and named after the president of the Confederacy

This does genuinely looks good. The fact his family is in on it from jump helps to differentiate it but without a really cool villain I think it will limit its potential
