No Walkthroughs on my 1st Playthrough Playboi
breh u went in straight blind.
I already got the "keys" to get to those areas on this playthrough now tho.
I also went to the Clinic trying to get that umbilical cord from ol' girl on the table, but when I walked in there, this bytch was going HAM. After I killed her she don't drop the cord...I then saw that I was supposed to go over there after I fought ROM
I can still get 3 of the cords for the true ending though right?

One in the abandoned old workshop. If you told the whore about the Cathedral Ward, towards the end of the game follow the trail of blood and get one from her slug baby. And get one from the wet nurse.
Just beat Logarius, he wasn't bad at all. Almost got him on my first try.

Can you only get one Blood Rock per run brehs?
Two if you got the DLC. Outside of that you can get I believe 3 from completing the depth 5 Chalice Dungeons initially, after that it seems to be a rare drop. Otherwise once you reach NG+ you can buy them from the insight shop
Just seeing how much of the fukking screen she takes up is bringing me back those Bloodstarve beast memories

Does your Insight have to be a certain level? I got mad Mad Men Knowledge joints in the stash. I'm on my 2nd playthrough getting everything I missed before. Just about to make it to the Nightmare part, which I know the Stone is close afterwards. Going to max out this trusted Threaded Cane
I would use other stuff but it takes some time finding the materials to Fortify your weapons up to a comparable level. Not trying to leave DPS on the table. But I got a gang of shyt to mess with. Only weapon I can't get is the Wheel cause I bodied Alfred on sight this playthrough... and I understand that's the only way you can get it, is by playing out his Questline

That's the homie you could've summoned him for the Bloodstarved Beast fight. Also, you need him to kill the Vileblood Queen(optional).
As far as the Insight, as your Insight goes up it makes the game a little harder and make small atmosphere changes storywise. Certain enemies do additional moves they normally don't do at lower levels. Also it lowers your Frenzy resistance and makes it harder to fill up your Beasthood meter.
Oh yea, you actually don't have to be in NG+ to purchase Blood Rocks, you just have to kill Mergo's Wet Nurse. They cost 60 Insight
