whats your routine? did you switch to vegetarian diet?? i cut back in red meat, but i love me some chicken. i cant fukk with fish outside the occasional salmon. thinkin bout goin raw and no meat for 30 daysNot to double post but I've been hovering around 125/80. I didn't expect to see better readings this quickly.. I'm proud of myself for starting a new routine and sticking with it.
I added more cardio this time.
