I found a spot like this recently in Boston: Indian resturaunt, 3 owners (2 siblings & a cousin), the cousin identifies as being black since he claims he’s mixed.
They self identify as being black owned business but, sit on local Nepali’s boards.
To me this is a classic case of wanting to identify as being black when it’s convenient and using “black owned business” as an advertising campaign.
