Tyrone isn’t signing off on the Articles of Organization, he is just listed as the Resident Agent. Every corporate entity has to appoint someone or some company to receive service of process in the event someone wants to sue the company.
She signed as the organizer of the LLC and one of the links you posted had links to other corporate filings and on one of them she was listed as the manager of the LLC. I don’t believe every member of the LLC has to be listed, so there is a possibility that there are additional members (owners) of the LLC, but all the evidence thus far points to her being the sole owner.
The only thing i'll say is black people, specifically black-americans, should definitely be "policing" who can and can not call themselves some "black-owned" shyt in America. Some of yall sat up here damn near high-fiving when them Jews pulled up on Nick Cannon because he said "we the real jews" (or something like that). Nobody was crying about them policing shyt, it was celebrated on some "see how united they are" shyt. Black people try to start asking questions and verifying if some restaurant is really black-owned and people start talking about "militants". This is how it should be. People shouldn't be allowed, on a social level, to just make money off of our emotional connection to blackness without it being verified.

Tipsters David F. and Al M. alerted us that Graffiti Pizza is now open in the former Cock-A-Doodle Cafe, which closed in May 2018. Berkeleyside reports that the new pizzeria is owned by chef Matt Molina, formerly the head pizzaiolo at Tony Gemignani's North Beach spot Capo's.
The new pizzeria offers thin-crust pies like the Roll Call (pepperoni, salami, sausage, garlic, bell peppers, mushroom, black olives and red onions) or the Bus Hopper (spinach, garlic and mushrooms). All pizzas also come with parmesan, oil and oregano. There's soda and beer available as well.

That story claims that the source for Matt Molina being the owner is Berkeleyside. Yet if you click on the link to the original Berkeleyside article it says:
It doesn't show what date they corrected the error. If it's a scam then they dotted all their i's and crossed their t's legally cause the official documents got her name on it and they got the newspaper to correct itself. Do you think he sold/transfered the restaurant to her on some black solidarity shyt or that she's only fake-owning it on his behalf even though she's got her name on the papers? (He would have to trust her a lot to know she wouldn't double-cross him and take the assets for herself.) Or are there other papers we haven't seen where you think he has ownership somehow though her name is on the documents - I honestly don't know enough about how those documents work to know whether that's possible or not.
