From what it sounds like, he still on that fukk shyt about upping threads if there is any down game but hiding once a player is dominating.

** Waiting for incoming neg from him so he can say something nonsensical to me. :russ:

Once he gets used to that NBA travel schedule it's going to be a done deal.
Yeah we tied the record for most road games in the first 15 games of the season or something like that so most of those road games were early on and bunched together. Not surprising given the age. And then the schedule was mostly contenders. Hosuton had the hardest SOS so far.

He's averaging 21 points on 47 eFG% (the league-average is 54 eFG%). He's scoring purely on volume and not much else, on top of the Rockets having the worst record in the West. I don't know why y'all think that's something to celebrate, let alone think it's cause to think he's the next Kobe/MJ.

:manny:
Think about it, your criticism of a 20 year old player is that he’s averaging 21 ppg. :banderas:

So when he’s actually “good” in a few years he’ll be averaging 30ppg?

Then what you gonna say.

It’s more about the way he’s scoring, how dominant and unguardable he is and how polished his game looks already in his 2nd year

His Ceiling is limitless :blessed:

This is a ridiculous leap of logic.

His [young] age doesn't dictate a points-growth like that just because he's averaging 21 ppg. He's averaging that amount of points because he's free to put up shots on high volume on a bad team - it's why his efficiency is in the dirt and opposition teams don't treat them with any respect. Tyreke Evans averaged 20 points at the same age and look where he is now. You can't just extrapolate stats like that all because you like a player.

Regardless of all that, the amount of points he's averaging and will average in the future is inconsequential. It's how impactful and efficient he is. That's why it doesn't make any cotdamn sense for y'all to be acting like he's broken some threshold where he's become whatever you think he is.

This is predictable from you though.

You really only care about how aesthetically-pleasing a player's game is, it's why every player you stan fits this mold (Penny, Steph, Kyrie, LaMelo, Kobe, Cam Reddish, Sharife Cooper, Jordan Clarkson etc). The same reason you try to downplay the likes of Cade and Bron. Which is your prerogative, but it doesn't really mean much in the grand scheme of things. You gas players because of how good they look, and not how good they actually are.

The nerve of you after you ran and hid when I had my foot on your neck when Harden/Rockets bowed out in embarrassing fashion for the 1000th against GS in the playoffs. You had all that energy tagging/quoting me during the regular season, and were nowhere to be seen when shyt got real.

Par for the course with y'all Rockets fans. Cowardly, wrong and stupid.

All those years making a cotdamn fool outta yourself and not responding to me when you were proven wrong about Harden/Rockets, and you think you have standing now to tag me over this shyt trying to claim some win after I'm still feeding on your carcass.

To my defense I grew up watching Jordan who had the most aesthetically pleasing style so anyone game since then is compared to the GOAT standard

And all the players you mentioned (except Lamelo, Cooper, reddish and clarkson) are famous and fan favorites because their style of play. Maybe it’s a coincidence, but most of us fans wanna watch and be like those who have a nice “style” of play.

You can add Swaggy P to that list also :banderas:

he never could become a “great” NBA player but everyone will acknowledge he’s more skilled/talented at basketball than someone like Russel Westbrook for example who puts up nice stats

Basketball is entertainment after all

Nobody trying to see Tim Duncan..... although he’s one of then best to do it still

You just make my point. I agree Jalen Green reminds me most of Kobe because of his style of play, and considering this MAYBE he can be as good of a player.

Whenever I have a Jordan/Lebron debate with a young die hard lebron fan, I just ask them one question:

Who would you rather PLAY LIKE Jordan or Lebron?

Gets them every time :pachaha:

@Gil Scott-Heroin what’s sad is that u are so invested in this that u won’t be able to enjoy Jalen when he’s killing it. :francis: U think Jalen playing well is a direct attack to u
You clown ass nxggas are tagging me, and if I don't respond you'll claim I'm hiding.

:mjlol:

This is hilarious considering you haven't been able to enjoy you-know-who because he's dominated the last decade.
