This. It's beyond corny and proven false about that with Rock anyway. Crazy that people Legit love to go with The Rock has self hate or doesn't identify with being black narrative. It's silly. Rock is always bigging up his black side. He gives hella love to his pops and his accomplisments for the African American community. I don't know why some posted you rarely see or hear Rock talk about Rocky Johnson. He did it this year. Made a long post about his father. He even alludes to being black in the new Baywatch trailer. He's talked about his love for black women in essence back in 2014. Anyone who is seriously believing Rock is a c00n, has selfhate, or is an uncle tom is just trolling.

But that's all besides the point. This was really good for the new day and that picture is seriously awesome. Who cares about what titles they are. We have a handful of black champions in the WWE. When is the last time we can say that. I am extremely happy for those in that picture. They look accomplished and proud. I don't see how anyone can hate on this.

Don't see the problem. He alludes to It. It was pretty clear in the movie trailer. If that is such a problem, He doesn't need to go on Twitter. He's already verbally talked out and written about this stuff before. Its all in the uproxx article. It's like y'all are clamoring for some sort of justfication from Rock to say look at me I'm black! It's really not that big of a deal. Especially since in the past he's already talked about this mess.

I don't think it's that, it's cause they worked hard and overcame quite a lot, Kofi and Xavier looked done at 1 point, but the New Day gimmick turned them around. They got themselves over, the original gimmick from the sounds of it wasn't all that but what they did with it got them really over and they progressed and developed and worked hard and have been 1 of the most entertaining parts of the shows to a lot of people and forced WWE in a way to put the belts on them and give them a prominent position on TV. I think it's more showing that they pulled it off, they became the longest reigning tag team ahead of a team that's held in a very high regard too, not that they competitively won the belts but that they took the ball and ran with it and did so well they ended up reaching that point and creating hisyory, hopefully it's just the beggining for them.

Exactly. American promotions are all we got, while Asians and Hispanics can find promotions owned by people that look like them.

Wasn't equauting all Latinos to Mexicans I know the difference. With that said, Carlito's Dad still runs WWC in PR. We don't even have an established promotion like that.

Edit: There's even a Brazilian Wrestling Federation.
