He should have never responded imo.
These folks would have never said anything if this was Samoans or Latinos, but the fact that these are Black people, in particular, taking pride in themselves and and their accomplishments (in a country that has and continues to oppress, berate, and ridicule them no less) really rubs them the wrong way.
It's as if St Patrick's day, Oktoberfest, Norway Day and a TON of other white heritage based gatherings aren't them celebrating their culture... Nobody bats an eye shyt, I fully support celebrating who and what you are.
but stop the presses if we stop to celebrate black culture and or achievements in something as small as Pro Wrestling.
