I was raised in the projects, but also lived in middle class neighborhoods I attracted all races including my own. Most women including black women are mostly influenced by trendy images they see in the media. Before it was light skin in the 80s and early 90s, then when Wesley Snips came out it all about the "dark skin thug" image. Every era there's new trend and the public eats it up. It's called group conformity.

Sexual attraction is universal to all races of women but how you carry yourself will further the interaction.
