I have nothing against trans women. But I just couldn't date one. I know myself. I might give it the ole college try just to be inclusive and understanding, but I know there is no way I could go through with it. More power to whoever can. Yall do yall.

WHY WOULD YOU COMPROMISE YOUR PRINCIPLES JUST TO BE INCLUSIVE AND UNDERSTANDING?

Its weird isn't it .if someone is attracted to a trans person I don't care let em be happy. But if someone isn't why should they force themselves just to satisfy others or be inclusive ? U don't need to be inclusive in your dating life it doesn't work like that. Ull just end up dating people you aren't attracted to and being miserable. I'm very uncomfortable with this because it seems coercive. If someone doesn't want to date you respect it and move on. Sounds like some nice guy shyt.

nah. im reading very clearly. black women should stop supporting trans because its been co-opted by whites. you just dont like it when you are acknowledged for your own version of co-opting what black americans have worked for. its okay for you to be accepted because of someone else's work, but not trannies

ok. you said "accept"

i dont get why youre so aggy about another person being seen/treated as a full human just because they are different from you and trying to extrapolate that into any other feeling/version of consent.

like seriously, who complains about someone else having rights and freedom?

I have no idea, you tell me?

I'm not complaining about Transexuals having rights and freedoms. As I said to JJG:

Repped.

Good shyt breh.
Its always easy to talk behind a keyboard but I will always have respect for people out there actually doing shyt.

As you can clearly see (from this thread), I'm not a fan of certain elements of the trans agenda, but when it comes down an individual level... they people just like us and a lot of them need help.

Good lookin out breh, seriously :salute:

The only thing I had an issue with (years ago) was when it came to sports.
But then I said... you know what... it doesn't really concern me, I wont be competing against them.

Women will.

If women are cool with it, that's perfectly fine.
But, maybe part of me wanted to see ideology and practicality clash?
Maybe part of me still does.

But anything beyond that... nah i'm good.

I laughed when Caitlyn Jenner was woman of the year, but I wasn't angry or upset. I just found it hilarious.

what does it take away from you, someone else being accepted? i hope you dont respond with something similar to "i dont what my future kids to know about that" which again goes back to knowledge of self and knowing your sexuality enough to accept others.

Lol if I ever say something like this, feel free to neg me on sight.
This is the go-to response of someone has an issue with something but doesn't feel comfortable stating their real issue so they go whole "greater good", "bigger than me" reason.

I think I can be very straightforward with my issues with the agenda without having to hide behind platitudes.
At least I hope so.

I simultaneously hold the view that there is a clear agenda at work, and that view that transgender people need just as much (if not more) help and support as everyone else.

Btw, i really do enjoy this conversation we're having.
Its nice to debate with someone who doesn't have to resort to adhoms and 20 smilies in a post.

I get what you are saying but.....nah.

BW aint the issue here.
They part of it when they allow their frustration with blk men to make them get in bed with snakes. Hell this shyt already happened to blk dudes. Or we just gonna ignore Tyler Perry and rappers in dresses?

We give too much social currency away while asking for nothing in return.
@Booksnrain put it best. Your sexuality is basically a tool to further their agendas.

You best believe white women already have their talking points ready.
They'll praise you for being so open and accepting before you've "opened up" or "accepted" anything.

"Thats the thing I love about black women, they are so accepting of the trans community. Just look at how many black transwomen there are. They were the most accepting of gay men and now they are the leading the charge on transwomen :wow:"

That's how they get ya'll. Issa fukking setup.
Now that the narrative has been set, you HAVE to be accepting of it because if you don't, not only are you anti-trans, but you are also ANTI-BLACK.

And what black women wants to seen as Anti-black? :whoa:

This is why black women were used as the attack dogs of the white feminist while they went and voted for Trump against one of their own
This is why black women were used as the face of the anti-body shaming movement while lowkey being insulted by their very own supporters on some "black women have our back, i mean look at how fat they are"
This is why black women were used as the face of the "open sexuality" movement

shyt is clear as day now. They setting ya'll up. Fukk with that shyt at your own peril
Something I JUST REALIZED.

The bytch saying this ain't even a black woman?! So a gay blk dude in a wig, trying to shame black women into liking men who are cool with fukking chicks who used to be dudes?!

I can't MAKE this shyt up.
I'm just waiting on some troll to give her an award as black woman of the year. Have they had an Essence magazine cover on tranny black female entrepeneurs...

Who are these BW? What are you talking about?

What BW are using their frustration with BM to shyt on BM as a whole -- and get in bed with snakes? What BW have that much power to do such things?

Are you talking about random people on Twitter with a check mark? Cause I don't know any examples or BW who are doing what you are claiming. And if you are talking about them -- they ain't nobody but mouthpieces on social media -- with no power.

And what does Tyler Perry and rappers in dresses have to do with BW?

Because being understanding and inclusive are things that are encompassed by my principles.
:gucci:

You are trying to give yourself a pat on the back for dating people you literally stated you don't want to date.
You have turned what was supposed to be dating into virtue signaling. How the fukk is that understanding or inclusive?
I assume transwomen, like anyone else want to date people who actually want to date them. They are people too, and don't deserve to be treated like your social justice experiment.

Furthermore, If you're not attracted to transexuals why would you even CONSIDER dating them?:mindblown:
As a straight man, dating a transwoman would never in a million years cross my mind.
