The Black Community
Please note that black women comprise 6% of the general population.

So, as I said, relative to the population, black women are making progress. Yet, our levels of education do not correlate to fair treatment in the workplace or employment, which is also why more black women are becoming entrepreneurs.

:wow:

Been knowing this way before the stats make it official. Black women are encouraged to pursue their education and move up. Black men are encouraged to get strong and fast and take up a sport. Don't get me wrong I'm happy to see my sistas get educated and succeed as unit. But Now you see why I've been such a big supporter of programs where boys see can see the light outside of sports and entertainment. Because if the men don't catch up we are doomed as a whole.

Not surprising considering the fact that black community is not a patriarch and black women have to fend for themselves

if they chose to follow better men the community would be better off. natural selection is not working properly though. also black women being propped up in the work place is deliberate

This was expected really, black females are almost never discouraged from succeeding compared to white females(forced kitchen wife) or black males(a system specifically designed to hold you back) don't know about asian women though.
From what i've learned this "might" be hollow bragging rights due to general racism and lack of support of black centric resources. I know black women who have Masters with kids and had to pay back school loans with kids and struggling to find work and get paid properly. But I'm not seeing any progress so i don't give a shyt:yeshrug:.
I mean i respect education but i respect people who know what there doing way more:manny:.

It's funny how black women will believe statistics that favor them but let a study saying how they have the most hiv, obese, or least married and they will cry about how it's an attack on black women and it's a lie

I use to think it was trolling, but now I strongly believe there's a lot of mentally ill people running rampant on this board.

Not currently no, don't think it ever did. I think it ignored them or just wasn't as effective. Words like "welfare queen" ain't really hurting anybody especially when it's a lie. But my mind is based on what i see, so i apologize if i offend anyone but i speak from what i learned.

Then you haven't learned much.
