His lawyers delayed the trial 3-4 times and when the judge finally said enough of that BS, lets get on with the trial. They had him removed from the case.No Black jurors in gotdamn Fort Worth.
Yeah, the fix is in.
Forth Worth/Tarrant County has always been a White Supremacist stronghold.
This is some sick shyt..@Houston911 @CHICAGO
I was wondering if we could get this stickied since the trial was going on
A few cliffs from what I've seen and been watching so far;
-They called her now 11yr old nephew to the stand first, he was 8 when it happened and he had to recall some of the events from the night. He said they were making burgers and Atatiana burned them so the left the door opened to air it out and forgot it was open
-Also the judge removed the boy from the courtroom at one point yesterday and had a member of the boy's family removed from the courtroom because the Judge "felt" she was coaching the boy based on eye movements on what to say
-Today they called the 911 dispatcher to the stand, and she specifically put in the notes she believed the homeowner was home and it's nothing that signifies a threat
-They also called the cop to the stand who was with the officer who shot; She cried on the stand and basically said the house looked ran thru and she saw "eyes" in the window and her partner shot. She never acknowledged that she saw Atatiana with a gun like her partner is claiming.
We don’t rally around anything worthwhileThis is the one. This is the one we all must rally around.
There are no excuses for this not one.
Yeah that's the asinine part. That neighbor claimed he had lived over there for 20+ years, he saw her car home, saw all the lights on but still felt something wasn't right and STILL called the police for welfare check basically. He reminds me of those nosey ass neighbors you see everywhere.This is why you mind your own fukking business.
Unless you see someone committing a crime, mind your fukking business!
Instead of calling the police, why didn’t the neighbor go and check on them themselves before calling the police?!!!?
No black jurors. Fort Worth has a big black popul.
Trust, as someone who’s worked at that court and sat in on many jury selections, Black folks just don’t show or when they do, look for every reason to get out of it. I could tell which ones weren’t there to get selected (regardless of race).
