But soul food is part of African American culture, you're generalizing all three cultures ( African, African-American, and the Carribeans) into one ( Black). Which is fairly inaccurate. Since Puerto Ricans share cultural similarities to the Carribean diaspora, wouldn't your food picture be more appropriate for a Carribean food thread?
