It's BIAS. It's them saying when a White QB throws an INT, "That receiver needs to run his route better" in his mind and when a Black QB throws one says "He's just not picking up the system quickly enough". If I see a Black person do something, I view it differently than when a White person does something. That's not something malicious, that's just how people's brains work.
