I think it's more about the unrealistic standards that no other HUMAN is burdened with.
That's certainly a big factor as well. My position is that we are Black and we will be Black until we die so we need to play the best game possible with the hands we are dealt. Just today we're celebrating a brother that was fired from Amazon and smeared by them while they waged a multi million dollar war to thwart his efforts to unionize. He could have looked at his hand and concluded that Amazon is just too powerful to go up against but he chose to play. He organized and won a seemingly impossible battle.
The standards are the standards until they are changed. Being mad at the standards isn't enough to change them but action is.
